Building The Car

The Seagull ("The Balfour Bullet") was built last year by students aged from 11-14. As we planned how we were going to build our car, we set up a plan of rolls and responsibilities; we set up a group of people working on the breaks, the steering, the electrics, the bodywork, sponsorship, constuction and maintenance of our website and flyers going round our school. As well as splitting up into groups, we still all helped one another  and also with other tasks that needed doing.

After the new Greenpower regulations came out, we have had to look at "The Balfour Buller" and check that our car is legal to compete against other competitors in our next endurance race. We found a few minor parts of the car that needed to be changed but this won't take us long.
